Pastry heritage
Our bakehouse was built around a singular craving: the contrast between tender, fudge-dense brownies and the golden crunch of butter-toasted kataifi strands.
We simmer whole vanilla pods in heavy farm cream and pull dark espresso shots straight over imported Italian mascarpone, refusing shortcuts across every tray.

Doors open promptly at eight. Come grab an espresso and a warm slice before the counter case clears out.
